I selected this hotel for my annual general meeting due to the convenient location and the featured amenities like the 24-hour business center. The facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the ease of access to necessary services during my stay. Cons: However, I missed having a printing service available at the hotel to assist with urgent document needs for my work. A printing amenity would have enhanced my experience and made my business operations smoother.

The room is clean and essentials you need, including TV with satellite channels, climate control and a microwave, is right there. The staff in general is affable and superbly friendly. The location is favourable and great, in the middle of jackson.
